The Verdict Was Wrong
Published on July 18, 2004 By Tim Mack In Politics
Everything points to the fact that Martha Stewart was convicted only beacause she was a celebrity. Perjury was proved during the trial on behalf of the prosecution. That would be grounds to throw the case out under normal circumstances. It would be wrong to convict Martha Srewart just because she's a celebrity and the prosecution became over zealous. For true justice to be served, Martha Stewart's appeal must be heard and she must be exonorated of all charges.

The issue may be a little hard to understand at first blush, but there is now a Google Groups site where all the important information is being stored to explain what happened. Everyone is also welcome to place comments on the site called Free Martha Stewart.

I believe that true justice have missed the target, especially with just 5 month house arrest and slap on wrist.
