Did you ever make a decision, and then wondered if it was right? Sometimes fate gives you unexpected surprises when you least expect it. At the time, I was kind of down in the dumps. I had just called off a year long engagement and I just didn't have that usual bubble. We were about to head home, and then, something happened, that would at least prove fantastic for me. There are some very fine writers that are listed at Free The Writer.Com, so of course I'm delighted that they decided to list my story. Tiffany Stone(The Story) wa...

It was plain and simple. When the Iranians took the Americans hostage, there was no ready made plan for such a contingency. Virtually all our planning revolved around how to win a war with the former Soviet Union. I can even recall the CNO coming aboard my US Navy ship back in the 70's and stating that it would take about 28 minutes to destroy the entire Soviet Navy if war were to occur. Knowing that both countries had balastic missles, talk like that scared the Hell o...

Everything points to the fact that Martha Stewart was convicted only beacause she was a celebrity. Perjury was proved during the trial on behalf of the prosecution. That would be grounds to throw the case out under normal circumstances. It would be wrong to convict Martha Srewart just because she's a celebrity and the prosecution became over zealous. For true justice to be served, Martha Stewart's appeal must be heard and she must be exonorated of all charges. The issue may be a l...
